Freedom of Russia Legion, a pro-Ukrainian paramilitary force consisting of mainly Russian expatriates released footage from inside Belgorod Russia, showing Russian troops surrendering to the incursion forces.

The footage was geolocated to a location approximately 300 meters into the Belgorod Russia in northeast of the Ukrainian village of Popivka, in Sumy Oblast.

Russian forces claim to have killed over 200 militants of the incursion forces and stopped the cross border raid. Legion of Russia Legion claim the incursion is ongoing and successful.
