FLIR drone footage released by pro-Ukrainian sources shows the elimination of a Russian sniper who was posted up on the top of a water tower with zero top cover to keep him from Ukrainian observation.

You would think by now that the Russians would have figured out that any time they are in the open the Ukrainians can see them, and that they will drop a munition on them from a commercial drone. This video is evidence that apparently that is not the case.
