Another video has surfaced showing Russian MLRS munitions pounding a heavily populated residential area of Kharkiv, Ukraine's second largest city, on Feb. 28, 2022.

Ukraine's interior minister announced that dozens of people were killed today in Russia's rocket attacks on Kharkiv. Russia has repeatedly targeted civilians with artillery and missiles since the start of their invasion last week.

Ukrainian ground forces have beat back a number of assaults on the city and have inflicted significant casualties and vehicles kills against the Russians, but the city is encircled by the Russian forces, making their hold on the city temporary if they are not resupplied and reinforced soon.
