Pro-Russian Telegram channels are hosting up this video like it's the pinnacle of victory for Russian forces today and all the video really shows is an FPV drone flying out of range from the controller and displaying static. According to the Russians however this is definitive evidence of the destruction of a Ukrainian logistics vehicle.
