Another Russian radar system, designed for arctic use, has been destroyed by Ukrainian Excalibur precision munitions. This 9A331MDT Tor-M2DT air defense system was destroyed in the Kherson region by M982 Excalibur guided projectiles. Until recently this system hasn't been seen in Ukraine, but this makes the second confirmed destruction of the system in the last week. It's likely that Russian equipment shortages are resulting in creative logistics decisions.
