(NSFW) Russian Squad Picked Apart By Grenades

Footage shows a Ukrainian drone dropping hand grenades onto a squad of Russian troops and inflicting several casualties.

The drone appears to be using an improvised remote arm to release the grenades. The munitions are likely locked into the arm before the pin is pulled. Once dropped, the spoon flies off, arming the timed fuse. These grenades do not have a point detonating feature, so the drone operator flies at an altitude in which the fall time of the grenade is closely coordinated with the fuze time.

Another interesting thing to note is the munitions themselves, as they appear to possibly be American M67 hand grenades or something similar. If confirmed, it would mean that these grenades are significantly more powerful than the Soviet F1 type grenades also commonly deployed in this fashion.
