The actual effects on target for this video are unclear. The Ukrainian Soldier who uploaded this video purposely cut the video shortly after the impact. According to the original source, all five Soldiers were immediately killed by this explosion, however based on what we've seen in other drone dropped munitions videos I find that highly unlikely.

It's more likely that all of the Russian troops were injured by the blast. All five troops were probably injured, with the ones closest to the blast absorbing a majority of the shrapnel and concussion, but I doubt that all five were instantly killed, especially because we can still see them moving around post-blast..
