This video, provided by the Baloch Separatist “Majeed Brigade”, shows their fighters ambushing Pakistani Army trucks sent out on a combing mission. Neither the combat nor the casualty shown are censored, and therefore viewer discretion is advised.

Like the Karenni in Myanmar or the the Papua rebellion against Indonesia, the Balochs are a people fighting for ethnic distinction and sovereignty. In this case, it’s for Balochistan, a region of Southwest Pakistan that is resource-rich but sparsely populated, and, from the Baloch perspective, used for those resources while the Baloch people are abused and neglected.

At 0:14, a Pakistani soldier is shown running after the truck- it is unclear whether he fell out or dismounted on purpose for some reason. However, he does not have long. A scant four seconds later, he is hit by what appears to be an RPG. At 0:26, the footage cuts to a second, disabled truck with the Pakistani crew trying to fight their way out.
