A nine minute long video recorded by a Soldier in the back of a vehicle engages the Taliban with an M240B medium machine gun during an ambush in Afghanistan.

There's a lot of missing context from this video. What we do know is the recording troops are part of the U.S. Army, the ambushing force is the Taliban, and the firefight was recorded in Afghanistan. They appear to be on some sort of joint-convoy operation, as at several points throughout the video you can hear the Soldier's directing Afghan National Army troops to get out of their firing lanes so they can engage the Taliban's postiion.
