Footage recorded on a static security camera somewhere near Kharkiv captured the systematic shelling of a series of alleged Ukrainian positions before starting a small forest fire.

At this time, it's unclear who is responsible for the shelling seen in this video. It is being reported on back-channels that the positions that were hit are Ukrainian, and that the shelling came from Russian forces. That said, it's all hearsay and we can't independently verify the information.
