A foot patrol of Russian soldiers can be seen maneuvering across the frozen ground when an explosion erupts in the formation. At least three Russian troops are wounded in the blast. The Russian soldier on the far left of the frame can be seen shooting directly up into the sky indicating the attack was a grenade dropped from a Ukrainian quadcopter drone.

The operation was reportedly carried out by Ukrainian marines of the 501st Separate Naval Infantry Battalion. The footage is relatively unique as most drone-dropped munition incidents are filmed from the attack drone itself rather than from a third-person perspective.
