Unconfirmed footage from Ukrainian sources reportedly shows a successful FPV loitering munition strike against an extremely rare and relatively new Russian S-350 Vityaz air defense missile system. If confirmed, this would be the first ever loss of this unit.

Russia reportedly sent a test version of the system to Syria in 2017, and then made an order for four of the S-350 units which officially entered service in 2020. The medium range surface-to-air missile system is a modernized evolution of the previously joint Russia-North Korea developed KM-SAM.
