First Recorded Combat Use of JDAM in Ukraine

Drone video released by Ukrainian forces shows what is allegedly the first recorded combat use of the Joint Direct Attack Munition-Extended Range precision-guided bomb in Ukraine against Russian forces.


While the Ukrainians got their hands on the JDAM for the first time three weeks ago, the U.S. Air Force has confirmed that the Ukrainians are now operating with the weapon system in the field against Russian forces as of March 7, 2023. This video, which was filmed in Donetsk, shows the use of a JDAM against a Russian forward command and control bunker.
