Comical and frankly depressing video coming out of Kharkiv during a recent series of air attacks by Russian forces shows a group of civilians syncing their yoga movements to the sound of an air raid siren.

I honestly don't know if I should laugh or be depressed that this is their reality. One side of me wants to laugh because it's a top notch display of dark humor, the other part of me wants to be depressed because an entire nation of civilians have developed a sense of dark humor that is normally only found on the battlefield.
