A thermal equipped drone captures the final moments of a BMP-3 near Avdiivka. The BMP charges forward and suddenly erupts in flame. Multiple sources have shared this footage, with one claiming that the vehicle hit a mine, and another giving credit to the 47th Mechanized Brigade’s artillery. If the BMP did hit a mine, it is worth pointing out that they should have led with mine clearing vehicles. If artillery did the job, then counter battery fire might have helped.
