Video shows An Atlanta PD officer’s patrol car being stolen during a traffic stop.

A video posted on Twitter shows an Atlanta PD officer conducting a traffic stop when a third-party suspect stole his patrol vehicle and led other officers on a pursuit that ended in the suspect crashing onto railroad tracks. Police were able to extract the suspect and place him in custody before any further injuries could occur.
