Footage recorded by a civilian in the city of Kharkiv captures a massive detonation of what is believed to be Russian cluster munitions.

From our reports, we have heard no information about cluster munitions being used. Russia has been firing Grad Missiles at the near cyclic rate. We believe this to be a massive grad missile strike, and not the use of cluster munitions.
