Air Defense Swats Down Shahed Loiter Munitions

A pair of video clips shows Ukrainian air defense units using anti aircraft machine gun fire, spot lights, and small arms to successfully knock down Iranian-supplied Russian Shahed (Geran) loitering munitions.

As seen in the video, the bomb drones fly slow, making them suitable targets for ground units. However, the Shahed drones are small and fly low, making them hard for radar to detect and track.
