Civilian cell phone footage recorded in Northern Israel captures the moment a group of motorists with their kids in the backseat of the vehicle are caught driving through a rocket impact area. The rockets were fired by Hezbollah from Lebanon, and were not the only civilian motorists on the road at the time of the attack. It's unclear at this time if there were any casualties, but we'll keep an eye on local news reports and update this post should any additional information become available.
