Imagine you're a paramedic, and this is your job for the day. Then, imagine the entire world is outraged at your country for wanting to counter-attack. Following that, imagine every little thing your military does is scrutinized and picked apart while your troops are constantly finding IEDs in UNRWA supplied backpacks and homemade rocket launchers in the backyard of every home in the neighboring area that caused this attack. Then, imagine your military recorded every action their troops took and immediately took responsibility for any mistakes, but still people in countries that have never heard a round fired in anger call for the extermination of your entire people because you decided you were done being attacked.
