Drone video recorded above Russian occupied Kherson in Ukraine shows a direct strike being carried out against what is believed to be a Russian Command and Control center.

At this time, it is unclear how many Russian casualties may have been caused by this strike, as it appears as if the direct hit landed in a courtyard inside of the square shaped building. According to Ukrainian sources on the ground, this building has been used as a command and control center for Russian forces that are currently occupying the city of Kherson. It is also still unclear what type of ordinance was used to carry out this strike.
