Helmet cam combat footage reportedly shows a Ukrainian frontline unit defending a trench from a Russian assault in August 2023.

The cameraman does a great job of demonstrating how worthless an un-shouldered, blind-firing weapon can be as each shot sends his muzzle flipping several inches into the air. His intent is suppressive fire, but given the poor technique, it's unlikely the Russian enemy even know they are being shot at.

He then transitions to an RPG and spams a few rockets in the suspected direction of the enemy forces.
