POW 1 nods.

Russian: A real example that we are not animals, we are people, we will treat them as we are supposed to, we do not hit them, no torture, everything is civil. Want a cigarette?

POW 1: Can I keep mine?

Russian: Enjoy, stay healthy (common joke when offering a cigarette in Russian)
