This isn't the first evidence of Psychological Operations that we've seen from the Ukrainian Government, it is however the first time we've seen evidence of them dropping pamphlets for the Russian Soldiers. Not going to lie, if I were a Russian Soldier, and I saw these laying on the ground, I might consider it.
