The location of the strike, delivery device, and status of any Ukrainians who may have been involved is still unknown.

While the video quality is unclear, and the frame rate looks like my toaster running Far Cry 5, we can tell that this is in fact the destruction of a tank due to the secondary explosion caused by the tanks munitions sympathetically detonating.
