Ukrainian Soldiers Dodge Automatic Grenade Launcher Fire

Footage released by a prominent free lance reporter embedded with Russian forces shows two Ukrainian troops trying to dodge automatic grenade launcher fire as a drone attempts to make corrections.

This is a rough position to be in for the two troops on the ground, but for anyone in the armed forces taking notes, it's time to start equipping every infantry squad with drones and counter-drone warfare equipment. It's believed that the two Ukrainian troops on the deck here were Azov Battalion artillery forward observers spotting for mortar fire. They were in an exposed position trying to conduct counter-battery operations against the automatic grenade launcher team when they were spotted by a Russian drone. As a result of the drone spotting them, they were able to fire the AGL system from full defilade to suppress the Ukrainian FO team and force them into a full retreat.

Ground based forward observation units are no longer the way. Equip your drones with laser range finding systems that can pinpoint ten digit grids and you'll never need to put another forward observer in harms way unless things are truly desperate. On top of that, every unit needs to have a counter-drone warfare team capable of bringing down commercial drones with the push of a button.
