This is pretty much the textbook way to kill a tank as an infantryman. You lay in a bush somewhere low to the ground with your rocket, wait for the tank to drive past you, the run out behind it and tag it in the flank where the armor is the weakest. The backside of a tank is an inherent weak spot present on just about every style of tank that exists, and it's exasperated by the Russian's inability to ride unbuttoned due to constant drone harassment.
