A highlight reel from the Ukrainian 73rd Naval Special Operations Center shows Ukrainian SEAL equivalents in action against Russian forces. The 73rd Maritime Special Operations Centre is modeled after the Soviet 17th Naval Special Purpose Brigade, at least from a legacy standpoint. Their actual training and procedures have been formed through close partnered training with Western special operations units. The 73rd is based out of the Mykolaiv region, and their mission set focuses on operations in the Black Sea and other maritime environments.
