Ukrainian Fighting Position Takes Direct Artillery Hit

Incredible video posted to TikTok captures the moment a Russian artillery round lands directly inside of a Ukrainian fighting position. It's unknown if the Soldier seen in the video survived, and I'm amazed that the footage exists.

Seconds before impact, you can hear the artillery shot. The Ukrainian Soldier immediately reacts by moving into cover, but it's unclear if he managed to survive the event or not. Judging by the brief flash that exists for a singular frame in this video, it's safe to say that this artillery round was a direct hit on the fighting position. How the video itself was recorded is an absolute mystery, but there's a chance that the device itself survived the impact of the artillery shell.

Most likely, this round was adjusted onto the Ukrainian's fighting position by drone. While it's unclear from the footage itself due to it only being eleven seconds long, I'd wager that the Russians had fired several bracketing shots over the course of a few hours to dial in the target, and then unleashed dangerously accurate artillery fire after the drone controller and FDC had done a bit of mathematics.
