TikToker Films Secret Stealth Drone At Skunk Works Base!?!?

A short TikTok video is buzzing on open source intelligence outlets which appears to show some sort of secret American advanced stealth unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) being towed on a flatbed trailer, and further analysis has identified the location and likely explanation of the seven-second video clip.

Ruben Hofs, an OSINT-themed Twitter account used terrain association to geolocate the source of the video to Lockheed Martin’s Helendale radar-cross section (RCS) measurement facility, a longtime stealth aircraft testing facility in California's Mojave desert.

Once Helendale was pinned as the source location of the video, further logical analysis suggested that the airframe shown in the video was likely a mere "test shape" and not an actual viable aircraft. The Helendale facility uses various radar frequencies against the test shapes to determine an airframe's stealthiness.

While this may not be an actual secret US military aircraft, Lockheed Martin probably didn't want images of it trending on the internet. The video was seemingly filmed by a third-party construction contractor that more than likely signed a non-disclosure agreement before being allowed to work inside the facility. After publishing the video on TikTok, he may have received a visit from the Men In Black.
