FPV drone video released by pro-Russian sources shows three recent kamikaze drone attacks against Ukrainian Leopards participating in the on-going counter-offensive.

It's unlikely that the leopards were destroyed by these FPV drone strikes, however the Leopard is known to have a weak turret. The Leopard tank's armor protection includes a robust 420mm armor block, a hinged frame made of lightweight alloy measuring 240mm in thickness, and 80mm thick sheets of rolled homogeneous armor. However, these defensive measures leave the turret vulnerable as a weak point. This is a significant contributing factor to the tanks' impressive firepower but limited armor protection, and is likely the reason the turrets appear to be the intended target in these FPV drone attacks.

No battle-damage assessment was provided by the source, which is also a key indicator that the tanks were not seriously damaged by the attacks. The Russians love posting BDA footage when they have it, and there is almost always a secondary drone overhead when attacks of this type are carried out.
