A Ukrainian sniper operating on the flanks of Bakhmut uses a rifle fixed with a thermal optic to engage Russian infantry troops in a tree line at night. Ukrainian social media accounts claimed four Russian were eliminated in this video, but it cannot be confirmed from the footage. Regardless, the sniper harassment certainly has a limiting effect on the Russian forces' ability to operate freely.
