There isn't much context to go along with this video, but once again we see how clueless the Taliban are when it comes to the capabilities of their own weapon systems.

There is the possibility that I'm wrong here, and this guy had already taken the arming distance of the warhead into effect and planned to use it as a blunt force projectile, or he was counting on the safety cap holding up.
