Stuck in traffic, an innocent by stander begins recording what seemed to be a police chase.

Moments later, the individual recording spots the suspect weaving in and out of traffic, looking for a car to get into for a possible escape. The individual behind the camera makes a good judgement call by locking the doors to her car, as the suspect attempts to open her car doors to evade Officer's.

As the suspect reaches for the door and notices it is locked, he begins to move around the front of the car. Before making it around the front, the suspect is then blind-sided by an Officer, who takes him to the ground and begins detaining him.

Had the suspect made it into the recorder's car, what did he think he was going to do? Conduct a hostage situation? There was no where for him to go had he attempted the car jack this lady...
