Security Cameras Capture Multiple Angles Of Syrian Car Bomb

EDIT: On closer inspection, it appears the van may have been the target of the attack, not the source.

A suicide vehicle borne improvised explosive device (SVBIED) detonated in the city of al Bab in Syria's Aleppo province on Feb. 16, 2021, resulting in the death of the bomber and wounding multiple others. The actual casualty report varies significantly between media outlets.

The city is currently under the control of Turkey's proxy militias, and the the Turks have been quick to blame Kurdish YPG factions. This is the fourth such explosion in the area in the last month, and no group has taken responsibility for the attacks.

The blast was captured from at least two angles by nearby security cameras. A van appears to be the weaponized vehicle, and it's not clear as to why the location was chosen for bombing.
