Members of the San Bernardino Police Department responding to a 9-1-1 call find themselves in a serious rescue situation after a flash flood threatens the life of a woman and her children.

The San Bernardino Police Deportment has released dramatic body worm camera footage showing some of their officers conducting an emergency rescue for a mother and her children when flash flooding began on September 11, 2022.
