Footage recorded at a Sambo tournament at Sports Facility No.3 in Melitopol, Ukraine captures the moment an accidental discharge with an anti-tank grenade launcher occurs, causing mass panic inside of the facility. It's unclear how many casualties were caused by the explosion, but an investigation has concluded that the explosion was the result of an improperly handled weapon system inside of the facility.
