Footage that was recently recorded shows Russian troops preparing leaflet shells for a nearby Ukrainian position at the Astoval factory in Mariupol. Members of the Ukrainian Marines and Azov Battalion have been using these industrial structures as their primary outposts throughout the entire Siege of Mariupol. According to the reporter, the instructions on the leaflets tell the Ukrainians how they can properly and safely surrender to Russian forces in a manner that will minimize the risk to their own lives.
