What you're looking at in this video is a classic case of friendly fire. Russian troops sneak over to the Kherson side of the Dnipro to sabotage boats the Ukrainians could use to make crossings. On their way back, some of their own troops spot them and open fire thinking that they are Ukrainians. Chaos ensues.
