Footage shows Russian soldiers being punished for taking drugs and failing to fight effectively. The first soldier shown appears to be drugged out of his mind, terrified and cowering under a bush as his NCO beats him with a stick.

According to the translation; the men were so messed up, they couldn't fight, which they claim resulted in the deaths of fellow soldiers. While two men are receiving beatings, there is another group being forced to dig a fighting position with entrenching tools.
