Footage coming from somewhere shows Russians absolutely enjoying themselves during a performance with...WHAT ARE THOSE

I'm not sure where this was recorded in Ukraine and it might be from somewhere in Russia. It's really just here for some level of comic relief. While on the one hand, I've been to pretty much this EXACT SAME morale event (US military) I still need to know what those shoes are. For research purposes.
