A compilation of recent FPV drone attack near Idlib, Syria, shows that Russian forces are quickly bringing tactics, techniques, and procedures from Ukraine to their on-going conflict in Syria.

While drone warfare may have begun in Syria with groups like the Islamic State and Jabhat al-Nusra, the Ukrainians and Russians have perfected the tactics against one another on the battlefields of the Russo-Ukraine war. This video shows a Russian unit using their mass produced FPV drones to quickly dominate FSA guerilla fighters near Idlib.
