Video released by Russian sources shows the alleged destruction of a Ukrainian reconnaissance unit located near Kreminna. The only problem is that the unit clearly isn't hit by the artillery shell that destroyed them.

Not going to lie, when I translated the description of this video from Telegram before watching it I felt like a Funker530 fan reading about a Canadian Special Forces team engaging the Taliban in a firefight while riding dirt bikes. I was told that there would be an artillery shell impacting directly with the reconnaissance team, and that they were 100% destroyed by the impact.

What I got instead was an artillery shell impacting behind the unit with an immediate splice in the video cutting it short before an effective battle damage assessment could be made. Ace, your Telegram channels are not giving me the goods. I feel lied to.
