By now, this is fairly standard practice for the Russian propaganda machine. Show Russian troops doing a war related thing. War-related thing looks cool and impressive to non-war-savvy individuals. Ukrainian troops and equipment shown clearly in the open. Jump cut to post-effects of war-related thing with no sign of Ukrainian troops or equipment in frame because Russian equipment is so powerful it entirely obliterates Ukrainian military objects and personnel. Obviously a great success by the Russian war-machine, citizen. Do not question it.

Reality is this, they missed. The jump cut moves the scene to after Ukrainian forces have evacuated. It was a pretty nice try though. Can't wait to read the comments about how I'm wrong, and how this was clearly the Russians killing 72 Ukrainian Generals and the President of Ukraine. Any minute now Ukraine is going to announce their immediate surrender and the construction of a new USSR.
