This Go-Pro footage, provided by the Russian Volunteer Corps, shows a machine gunner, along with a partner RPG troop, firing on the Russian military in the outskirts of Volchansk.

As is common knowledge at this point in the conflict, the Russian Volunteer Corps is a dissident faction of Russians who are using the war as an opportunity to fight against the Putin regime, which they oppose. However, the RVC aren't necessarily the "good guys", having substantial ties to nationalism and white supremacy through their leadership. Therefore, the relationship between Ukraine and RVC falls somewhere on the spectrum of "the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Here, we see a machine gunner firing from a window in Volchansk, before clearing out to let his partner with the RPG have space to fire. This is a prescient move, because the backblast rattles the whole building.
