Russian drone footage shows a Tornado-S GMLRS strike on a platoon of approximately 30 Ukrainian troops operating in the open. The munition appears to land within tens of meters of the Ukrainian formation, and following the strike, only two Ukrainian soldiers can be seen running for the woodline. It's not clear from the footage how many casualties were inflicted.

The Tornado-S is essentially Russia's answer to the HIMARS. It can fire 300mm precision rockets at a reported distance of 100km. It was designed to replace the obsolete and inaccurate BM-30 Smerch MLRS.
