Footage from the Russian Volunteer Corps, a militant group of pro Ukrainian Russian expatriates, shows a close range ambush on a Russian tank, using a LAW rocket launcher in the vicinity of Kozinka, Belgorod inside Russia.

In fact, the attack me be too close in range as nothing more than a unremarkable flash in the tracks results from the direct hit. It's possible the tank was inside the minimum arming distance (~40m) for the weapon system, which would have caused the munition to not detonate.
