Witness video out of Kherson shows the amount an explosion, likely the result of a MLRS rockets, impacts nearby residential building. The building appears to have already been hit multiple times by Russian munitions shortly before the video started.

The Russian forces got bogged down around Kherson after facing staunch Ukrainian military resistance. The Russians now appear to have changed their tactics to heavy indiscriminate shelling of the city. Residents can only ride out the situation in horror as the city is completely surrounded and there is no means of escape.
