Alleged video coming out of Sumy shows members of the Russian military engaging a house that has purportedly has civilians inside that had been engaging the Russians.

We're piecing together the situation in Sumy as more and more information becomes available. Over the past few hours, footage coming out of the area has shown Ukrainian civilians taking one Russian soldier captive, massive fires blazing, and this gunfight.
