A Ukrainian strike targeted a manned Russian 1L261 radar vehicle in eastern Ukraine's Donetsk region. The vehicle is part of radar system that aids in identifying targets for artillery units. The radar can reportedly detect moving ground vehicles out to 40km in distance.
